Level 15 hard

I just started playing this. I am stuck at level 9 on titus mission. There are bugs like datulus 5 wont move the opposite way, and the laser freezes and all the units kill you. The emp magnet weapon doesnt indicate when its charged and the extra cargo hold isnt explained. The easy level is ridiculously hard. There are many different enemy units. I tried to get the bonus weapons but ran into a problem. There doesnt appear to be iaps
